Common questions

• My design is taking a long time — renders usually take one to three minutes. You can close the app; we will notify you when it is ready if you allowed notifications.
• My photo was rejected — the tools work on rooms and exteriors. Photos where a person is the subject are declined. Try a wider, well-lit shot of the whole space.
• The result does not look like my room — try a wider shot taken from a corner, in daylight, with the whole space visible.
• I want my data deleted — email us and we will remove your photos, designs and contact details.
